single occupant: minimum
age is 62
financial status: for rental
subsidy, annual income must not exceed limits
set by HUD
live independently with assistance
provided
self-manage incontinency
if present
accept help from staff as
determined by our assessment.
esidents
eligible for rent subsidies will pay a rental fee not
to exceed a specified percentage of their income as
established by HUD (currently 30 percent). A one
year lease is required and rentals include all utilities
except telephone and cable TV. In addition, residents
eligible for Assisted Housing may secure subsidies available
from the State of Maryland Department On Aging and the
Montgomery County Senior Nutrition Program as determined
by Homecrest House Management and financial need.
